Hey! To start things off, please don't take this video seriously. It was my first time running an actual 400m within almost a year. (I ran in high school and my pr was 50.7). I was supposed to run my first year D2 level, but I had to take some time off because of family reasons, so for that I haven't been properly training with a team or coach. I've been going on long runs and building up my milage with some circuit training.
I made this video to see where I'm at and hopefully next semester when I'm under proper training and a coach, this 55 seconds will decrease! Just spreading positive vibes, hope you guys enjoy!
