What can I run in the 10k?
5k indicates about 33-34 minute shape. 5 x 2k workout indicates about 35 minute shape.
I'd break even and predict 34:30.
The workout was completed during the early cold morning. I ran this solo. It also happened 3 days after the 5k. I don’t know if that is a factor.
