Guess she learned the hard way that you get injured when you don't properly recover. Can't say I have sympathy. Jumping right back into 100mile weeks after a marathon is a recipe for disaster and she got it coming a long way.

I’m a fan and the first comment was spot on. There are cycles and seasons for a reason. I was worried when she made the post that she was skipping a vaca. It’s not like the athletes do nothing on a vaca. They still do light running but get to unwind after a crazy marathon build up. Dumb dumb dumb. Not hate. Just an observation. Overtraining is real and I hope she figures it out because I find her a refreshing addition to marathoning.
