Hello, I'm currently a runner who runs cross country and track and field for high school. I am currently planning on running for a D3 school probably NESCAC. But after I graduate, is it possible for me to run in a D1 school during the 5 year period?

As long as you don’t compete (redshirt) during one or more of the three seasons. Unless you’re hurt this rarely happens in D3.

The only ways you can get a "redshirt" in D3 is if you get a Medical Hardship Waiver, which only happens if you are hurt bad enough that you miss almost all of the season, or if you straight up just quit the team for a full semester and then come back. Point is, hopefully you don't have any eligibility left after four years.
Besides, D1 teams will only take a fifth year transfer if they can immediately score big points for their team, for there is no time for you to develop and get better. Only the absolute best of the best D3 athletes are good enough to do this, so don't count on that.
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?

Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
