Been consistently building mileage for a few months then was out with an injury for about 2 and a half weeks and now I am back and consistent again. My first "workout" should just get me used to moving a bit faster so I am thinking of doing an easy tempo or fartlek to get me back in the swing of things. Any recommendations on the workout/ paces? I hit around 7:00 for easy days and yesterday did 9 miles at 6:40 with some relaxed 200m strides in around 36-37 after.
