21:22, not a bad time for a 49 year old. I was supposed to see The Prodigy @ Echostage in DC on Saturday May 11th.
Totally bummed out. Same night The Who are playing @ Jiffy Lube, hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

F RIP to one of the greats
Firestarter dead?!? I've been listening to them since '94 or so. Gutted.
That's a shame. I like their music. So many good songs since the 90's. I wonder was he a regular runner or did he randomly decide to do a parkrun? If it was random, he could have become competition in his age group. RIP
Ha Ha, I came here to post the same thing. Just to add that he had only been at the club for a few weeks. Sub seven minute miling is pretty good for a 49 year old newbie.
RIP of course too.
.
Man...some people really hate running.
In all seriousness though, I imagine he didn't just roll off the couch and run a 21 minute 5K. Exercise can help with depression, but it certainly isn't a cure as some people preach.
A lot of former drug addicts turn to running to cope with the depression they get from their altered brain chemistry (the runners high acts on some of the same receptors that were deadened by habitual drug use). Sometimes they are successful. Other times they are not able to get past the demons. RIP and say no to drugs kids.
Apparently being fear-addicted. and filth-infatuated makes you decent at 5K but prone to suicide
maybe he was sad nobody recognized him at the run?
Wow, he's really high up the ground here. If he had a one-on-one coach work with him on his cadence he could probably run a solid 20:30 or even less, especially with the 4%.
Looks like the Chelmsford Chav El Keniano in black running on his right.
An Essex legend. Liam Howlett may have been the creative genius but Keith played a massive part in them getting big and more people hearing their music. One of the best live bands ever. Especially with Jim Davies on guitar.
RIP
Best track? 3 kilos for me. Although the original Smack My B-tch Up is incredible too, with the extended female vocal.

maybe that's why he killed himself. He felt guilty over "cheating."
(And if he was wearing the 4%'s, I highly doubt he was a "newbie." In fact, he was probably a regular troll here on LetsRun. Which is even probably a bigger reason he ended his life. Imagine realizing you wasted 1000's of hours of your life on here trolling and arguing with the kooks on this board? Depressing for sure)
Found to have had drugs in his system when he died (ie. 2 days after his race). It would have been funny if they had found EPO.
