First time starting a tread so this should be interesting. I’m a junior in High School and want to run sub 2:00 in the 800, sub 4:20 in the 1600, and sub 9:40 in the 3200. I’m currently running 30 to 40 miles per week and my indoor times currently are 2:07, 4:49, and 10:40. What weekly mileage should I work myself up too? At what pace? Any good track workouts that you can recommend? And what pace should those be at? Thanks
