I am really not sure if anyone mentioned Plaster Sports Complex at Pittsburg State Univ. in Kansas which opened in 2015 and has a state of the art 300 meter indoor track. I saw where someone mentioned Missouri State Univ. in Springfield, Mo. but this is not true! Pittsburg State indoor facility has hosted NCAA Div. II National Championships and will host the 2019 NJCAA indoor Nationals next month. The surface of the track is "Mondo Super X Performance which is the same surface as the 2011 World Indoor Champ. and some Olympic Games tracks. In the article it states that it is One of only six 300 meter indoor tracks owned by universities in the U.S. $13 million dollar facility donated to the school by Robert W. Plaster who is the founder of Empire Gas Company and has donated to numerous universities in the Ozark region of the U.S. including Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri but not a 300 meter indoor track facility. Trust me though, Mr. Plaster donated a beautiful sports complex and refurbished the football stadium at Missouri State which is also my alma mater. His name along with Hammons are everywhere at this university.
