In the olympics, the only women's racewalk event is the 20km. I looked at the world records list, and it seems that the ones with heights listed are generally from 5'2 to 5'4. The world record holder, however, is 5'7. I believe Claudia is 5'2 roughly.
On a side note: I forgot to mention, but in this milesplit video she said she did her long run at 6 minute pace and that was only around 95% of her usual. This was around 11 months ago. That's an incredible aerobic base.
