Another week with no days off from running. Expecting some messy weather Mon. and Tues. so I ran Sunday in anticipation of the bad weather. Overall a pretty good week for me. Since the mileage is up I am easing into the workouts. Tuesday's workout was mediocre based upon pace and HR, but it seemed to have knocked some cobwebs off my legs. Things have felt better since and I think I may have finally have turned the corner and feel like my fitness is returning. Saturday's TLT went well with the first T session being uphill with a significant headwind and the second over rolling with a headwind so pace does not accurately reflect the effort and so I wont bother including paces.
