Great times. What would you say their potential is? High 7:20s? I don't mean now but in their future. Cragg ran 7:30 but nothing faster. Not many people run faster than 7:30. Will either break 7:30?

Why make up stuff that is so easily verifiable? He was born in Calgary. Stop tripping over yourself trying to claim him as American if you're not going to do that for everyone else with US citizenship who was not born in the USA. Let's be consistent please.
"Personal:
Born in Calgary, Canada, but is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Canada.
Majoring in electrical engineering."

Why do you fools not recognize the fact that Grant is American given his mother is American -period.

Probably for some of the same reasons many people do not recognize African-born runners who go through the legal process of becoming American citizens as Americans. You must not frequent these boards much. Didn't see you kicking up a thread after the men's race at USA XC Nats.
His own bio from Stanford University says he is a dual citizen.
we know his parents are Americans who happened to be in Calgary...........hhhhmmmm
this doesn't change the fact that he is Canadian born - and benefitted form early childhood at higher latitude that gives him unfair advantage for aerobic activity. also gave him eggshaped cranium that makes him good at engineering
which country will he represent in international competition???
Looking over the times... What a great race. Looks like Fisher took the lead with 1km to go and held everyone off. That has to be the first time he has gone out at this level and hammered. He must feel very confident and it showed.
New American collegian record front running for Fisher. Couldn’t of happened to a better person.
Macdonald ran superb as well. Not much separates these two guys. Very exciting athletes to watch compete.
Another exceptional Michigan athlete, Donovan Braizer ran a monster PR and broke Jonny Greys 27 year old US indoor 800 m record
On a sad note... Sure hope the rabbit is okay. Didn’t look good they way his body collapsed. That maybe why there was no TV coverage after that happened. Hope he is okay.

If an African born runner living in the United States was born, at the time in Africa, by his American mother then yes that person is American at birth. Not sure you are saying that though.

Wonder what kind of DMR the state of Michigan could field with Brazier in the 800, Fisher in the 1600? What kind of 400 m and 1200 m guys does Michigan have right now?
Michigan runners kick butt!
What is the reason or reasons that you state are the same?

Don't try to explain logic to SJW morons. They don't understand, and they never will because they don't want understand.

You are an idiot. Nothing more, nothing less.
Back to what track fans are interested in - Fisher breaks Galen Rupp’s 10 year old American collegian record for the win!
Both of his parents are US citizens, something you cannot say about other naturalized citizens who have parents that were not born in the US and are not US citizens. In many other countries in order to be considered part of that country's culture both of your parents have to be citizens. Grant does a great job representing Michigan and Stanford.
