He looked like he just collapsed. It was hard to see if they were doing CPR with the crowd around but you really worry about sudden cardiac death.
Is anyone watchign this on gold. I was watching on regular NBC and they didn't show the men's3000. Did they show it on gold?
Grant Fisher FTW in 7:42.52!!! Morgan McDonals 7:42.76.

Yes, gold did show the 3000.
Prayers up for Campbell. Looks very serious/life threatening.... I would’ve stopped the race immediately for the medical staff can get to him immediately.... life if more important than a race.
anyone got a clip of him falling over? It was briefly on the broadcast

Well done Grant!
Who was first American-Born finisher?
That's a bummer. It would have been exciting to see if she could go sub 4:35, especially considering she had a great 3,000 a couple weeks ago.
Just took him away in a stretcher . Didn’t see him move . Tone deaf British announcer said “ let’s give him a big round of applause as he leaves the arena”

Was unconscious and on manual breathing. Not a good sign... ?
They do that in real sports, you know. Wish them luck or thank the EMS peeps.

They had oxygen on him and weren’t doing CPR. They wouldn’t have stopped CPR that quickly on a young guy in the field - means his heart is probably going.
Looks like girls mile has been moved to a different time
Pro sports I mean
