What are the criteria to compete at USATF XC Champs and any clues where they'll be held next (in 2020 and 2021)?
Thanks in advance!

Pay your entry and show up. If you think you can make the world team have a go at it.
It's an "open" race with no qualification standards other than being a current USATF member.

Yes and back in the day (before multiple races every weekend all over the country) it was a much bigger race.
I think Club Nationals is filling that void, this February race is more just a trials race.
I don't think the 2020 USA XC race has been awarded yet. So hard telling where it will be.
Worlds is an open race too btw.

Hawaii?
The next two years will be in San Diego.
XC Club Nats in 2019 will be in Bethlehem, Pa and 2020 will be in San Francisco.
The championships typically feature a 10K men's race and a 6K women's race, with the course changing every year.
Any idea what course they would use in San Diego?

Do you just make up facts for fun? Both men and women race a 10k.

When are they going to announce this? According to their website updated 1/22/19 it was still open for bid.
http://www.usatf.org/groups/EventDirectors/bids/openBids.aspx#crosscountryThe only criteria are to be a current USATF member and pay your entry. One of my favorite memories is driving to the race with my buddy in the morning, changing into our racing gear next to his car on the side of the road, lining up with the Bowerman guys, and going to a bar afterward. Seriously, if you ever have a chance to do this race, DO IT!!! You will not regret it.
