Letsrun twitter!!! The official USATF broadcast. Love it!
Huddle is throwing the hammer down. Schweizer has been dropped a littie bit.
Now Tuliumk has the lead at 22:30. Tuliamuk, Huddle, Hall, Houlihan and Cragg.
Remember Huddle won't run USA XC so whoever finishes 7th should make the team.
Is Cragg doing a marathon this spring?
Pack down to five with 3K to go.
Only 5 in contact at the front. Tuliamuk, Huddle, Hall, Houlihan, Cragg 1-5
This looks very easy for Shelby, she's gonna win it.

I'm surprised that Frerichs didn't try to run with the lead group and is instead running with/leading the chase pack not too far behind[/quote]
you mean Huddle won't run the Worlds.
3:14 from 6-7k for the lead pack
24:40 in. Cragg is dropped. Now down to 4.
Huddle, Houlihan, Tuliamuk and Hall.
I was surprised when Rowbury said pre-race she thought she could make the team. 10k is long for her and 9:00 3k shape isn't good enough to make this team.
26:56 in and Tulimuk is pushing at 8k.
The 8th was 3:21, 7th k was 3:14.
Frerichs is moving up. Must've felt bad at the beginning. 28:31 through 8k for leaders
Houlihan is a beast. Looks strong.

Frerichs will come back in the top 5 !
Good chance the team is Tuliamuk and 5 Bowerman girls. Frerichs appears to be moving up well
she has a lot of ground to cover
Tuliamuk and Huddle pushing all along with the two Bowerman women sitting on them. Huddle looked at her watch at 29:15 mark. The fact that Tuliamuk has had the lead as much as Huddle isn't a good sign for huddle in my opinion. I'd be surprised if anyone but Shelby wins at this point.
3:12.9 for 9th k.
Frerichs - 13th at 6K, 11th at 7K, 9th at 8K, 8th at 9K.
Bowerman Babes FLAME out.
