rolled a fatty after my longrun of 11 miles today. felt great all run and could have gone longer. but i kept it smart and remembered its not a marathon....im training for fitness. couple 5ks here and there.
the air I inhaled today felt crisp and clean. its about 22 degrees outside. im rollin another fatty and just feelin good vibes. tomorrow 3 mile AM route and then 5-9 in the PM just based off how i feel.
who else reppin the ganj and listening to tunes while they think about tomorrow's run?
