Last week’s workout ran 8x400 all around 68-69 and 2 min rest in between, then 8x200 in 32-33.
Today did a 100-2-3-4-5-6
No 100 time, 29, 47, 64, 84, 105 (gassed, need to work on speed)
Then 4x200 strides in 32/31

Race this Saturday is outdoor in like 40 degrees because indoor meets are few and far in between in my area.
How is it looking this weekend for me?
Other than to stop being slow, any advice on training to hit 4:30 by the time outdoor rolls around?
