During the last 1/3 of my races, I've been have an issue where I have too much back kick (and leaning forward too much) and not enough forward movement. I feel like I'm almost falling forward instead of running. My form used to be pretty smooth (compared to now) but my training has not changed, except for me dropping lacrosse to focus on track.
