Did the leaders make a wrong turn?
Did the leaders make a wrong turn?
Wowwww wrong turn! Can’t velieve that
OH SHIT!
Yimer made a big move with just over half a mile to go, got a few steps on Karoki and Kitata, but then followed the camera as it was peeling off the course -- which was not the right direction. Karoki and Kitata kind of got mixed up too, it threw all of their momentum off!
Walms 01:00:44 20k
Woooowwww...there is an epidemic of wrong turns happening lately in xc and the roads. That was embarassing. And they still don’t have the men’s finish back cuz the camera car who misled them veered off.

Should I just turn off the volume on the commentators? You have no idea what is going on in the leaders and they are talking about some random things like last woman running, people coming out to cheer, etc...
Who's the color commentator or whatever you call him? He's actually quite knowledgeable and helpful.
Newest splits just posted..
Walmsley projected to run a 1:04:04 - man - what a bummer if he misses it by 5 seconds
Great finish as Kitata goes by Yimer as they're coming around the final turn in 60:11.
Margin of victory was three seconds. Don't know how much that wrong turn cost Yimer but it certainly didn't help.
Great race by Kitata, he keep it under control with the all the surges and saved the best for last!
Excited to see how the rest of the guys finish.
So looks like Kitata won and Tiernan went 61:3x?
Who are these announcers? They lady just asked if 44 was old for a runner?
Who is the guy that actually is supposed to know about running?
Walmsley exactly 64:00 on the online tracker! Hopefully no rounding! Great run!
Walmsley 01:04:00 exactly.

It's 2019. Probably shouldn't be using "boy" in a pejorative way.
Wow you are so WOKE bro
Pretty sure I am not your bro but you are correct about me being awake.
is this a PR for Stinson.
Reed Fischer of Tinman Elite (the guy who was 4th at USAs in 10k last year) is the top American in 10th, 62:06, just ahead of fellow American Abinet Adraro (62:09).
Solid 61:22 by Patrick Tiernan in 6th.
Parker Stinson 62:11 for 12th.
Ultra pacing legend!!!!!!!!! 1:04:00 tempo effort!!
Sisson actually is back down to 1:07:34 pace at 20k.

Also, one of the few runners to have broken 4 for the mile and 2:15 for the marathon.
