He's doing the half marathon tomorrow at Rock & Roll Arizona. Will he beat Allie Kieffer, if she runs it? I heard on a podcast his target is in the 1:16 range.
Excited to see Lance return to greatness!

Honest question... Will he be running clean?

Well usually people shower after the race. But you never know!
I think he is doing some sort of Celebrity Charity Chase for the Austin Marathon, starting 15 minutes behind the last runner across the start line and earning a dollar for every runner he passes.
Whatever he is seeminly doing, he is still cheating behind the scenes, because he is a convinced cheater. Cheaters cheat, simple as that.
He is also trying to ruin people's lives because that what he has done in the past constantly. He is also a serial bully, so he will harass people for a reason or for no reason. And he tries to force young athletes to dope, because Travis told that he did also that for years.
Armstrong also tries to obtain keys to beat the doping tests, because that is what he did some 16-17 years ago. His MO is not to get popped.
And if he doesn't win, he will call to the head of UCI to complain that his competitors are doping.

No, that's a stupid question. Like anyone on here could answer that question for you. Back to Mommie's basement for you.
Who cares! Lance is old history anyway. He's not even that fast of a runner.
Dude, give it a rest. He will be clean.
He did what he did years ago to compete with the rest of the peloton, doesn't make it right, but in order to compete with them and beat them you have to do what they do and do it better. He has come clean on it and taken responsibility for it and has been open about it. Let it go.
He's also acting as the "charity chaser" at the Austin Marathon I'm running in a few weeks. Should I bring an "EPO Cheats Out" sign to the start like Paula Radcliffe?
He was a cheater.
But on the other hand, he was a dedicated and great cyclist, who outperformed any other doping cyclist back in his glory days.
I dislike the cheating and the bullying, but I respect him for his dedication and I consider him one of the great cyclists in history.
His marathon PR is around 3 hours, isn’t it?

Lance has an documented/admitted only quarter-testicle left after cancer and there is no such thing as a TUE for testosterone so you take a guess if he has EVER been clean including his triathlon efforts.
BTW I thought he was rightfully banned for life by USADA from ALL competitions, not just cycling?
ps. I love the "everyone was doing it" defense, bring it on you freaking cheaters

1:16? Really? That would be like a marathon in the 2:39-2:41 range. His PB is a 2:46 in 2007.
He's the greatest Grand Tour rider in history. Everyone else doped too. He won. Get over it.
There is no such thing as clean when you doped for 20+ years of your life.
I fully expect him to win some sort of age group award and not show up to claim it.

It is not defense you clown, he is an admitted doper. It is just a fact, he felt (right or wrong) that the only way to compete with dopers that he had to dope as well. Now he is paying the price, get over it.
The same goes for Salazar and his group, find a way to compete with the dopers????

This is a good point. Does a long period of PED usage confer permanent or nearly permanent physical performance advantages on the user?

Yes, of course, but again, who cares? Let the guy run an 80 minute half. As long as he doesn't take prize money it doesn't affect anyone else. We all know he doped and his results aren't clean. He knows it too.

Yes, after such a long time of PED use, doping has become part of his DNA.
