Hey guys I'm a competitive marathon runner. I haven't run much these past two months. Do you think I would get injured if I did a ten mile long run next week? Thanks for your help. Much needed!

LMAO if you think 10 miles is a long run.

10 miles isn't a long run. I assume that's a typo and you meant 20 miles. In that case I would hold off for a couple weeks.
That's not a long run
My long runs are normally 18-20 miles. 10 miles would be a somewhat long run for me since I haven't ran in a couple months. I know it sounds pathetic. I'm just don what to make my long run 20 miles this week in fear of injury.

Running 10 miles isn't pathetic, it simply isn't classified as a long run. It's just a 10 mile run. It's a matter of semantics only.
Laughing at the responses :).
So to take your question seriously, I need more info: So you say you haven't run much the last 2 months....be specific. Like how many mpw? Some say you can safely run 3x your average daily mileage in one go (not to race, just complete), but everyone is different.
what has been your longest single run in the last 3weeks?
Without knowing anything else yet, I would say just do that amount for your longest run next week (note I don't call it a long run--just YOUR longest run). The week after that, go 2 miles further etc.
Although as a "competitive marathoner" I would think you would already know this.
