I just did a 6x800 workout yesterday w/ 90 sec rest @ 5-10k pace with some hard 200s afterwards and finished feeling the knackered, yet today I was doing a long easy run (70 min) and had troubles keeping myself at my regular easy pace and ended up running about 30 sec/mi faster than usual for an easy day..
Anyone have similar experiences?
Also, my HR was only 155 avg whereas for the workout I was hitting around 170-190, so I wasnt going hard, but not exactly as easy as I should've, but still.
