20 years old/6'2"/150 lbs/M
Currently training for my first half-marathon on April 7, running about 50-60 mpw on average
1. Should I be counting calories or just eating till satiety? I've religiously tracked for 1-2 years now, but I don't know if I should stick to a certain number considering I'm still young/potentially growing.
2. Opinions on intermittent fasting/fasted runs? I normally don't run as soon as I wake up, probably about 2-3 hours later. Usually just drink a big cup of coffee with some milk, but was wondering if eating something before would help. After I run, I'm not really hungry, so my first meal is usually around 3-4 pm.
3. I want to maintain explosiveness/athleticism/agility/strength/speed/other aspects of training I used to work on in high school when I played soccer (hope to continue playing as well). When/how should I work on maintaining/developing these things?
