I have ~2 months before I need to start workouts for track. I'm thinking of starting to run 60 min a day, 5-6 days a week at an easy pace with strides 3 times a week. I want to build to 80+ minutes a day 5-6 days a week. Is two months enough? Can I get fit enough by then or should I take more time to train my base? Any suggestions on what I can add?
