It’s Monday evening and I have a 10 mile race this Saturday. I haven’t done any specific program to prepare but was doing a combo of hills, tempo runs, a few runs up to and incuding 10 miles, nothing too intense, totalling about 30 miles a week.
My question is what should I do in these remaining days before the race?
Not looking to kill this race by any means. I am 67 and generally run a 28-29 minute 5k.
