I’ve been thinking about completing this distance for awhile, but haven’t been doing higher mileage until now. I am 16 and in highschool so I have all summer to train and double as I like. I am building up to 60 MPW for track, so I’ll have a decent base already for this training. I will have 10-12 weeks to train as soccer starts in september. My goal is sub 3. I have already bought Daniels and Hanson’s marathon/running editions. I am wondering if I should look into anything else? Thanks.
