Hi Letsrun. It seems I have symptoms of Posterior Tib in my left ankle (hurts near the ball on the inside when I push off the ground). I had a similar problem last summer as well in my right ankle. Both instances weren't at neccessarily high mileage totals either (50-60 last summer, and only 40 mpw this winter)
It also doesn't make sense. I have mid to maybe even high arches, and I'm generally a toe runner, and FAR from a heel strike runner. I'm not underweight (5-9, 135-140ish) so muscle support isn't an issue. My arches don't appear to be dropping either, as my feet don't look at all like those with PTT problems.
I'm currently in Saucony Guide ISO's, which I also wore during XC and I had no issues.
If anyone has a similar experience and/or solution or any help at all it would be appreciated. It's frustrating as heII not being able to train consistently and failing my teammates by not hitting my potential
