My primary track event is the 3200 and i am better at cross country in the 5k and
I am willing to do whatever it takes to reach my full running potential as a long distance runner(obviously without cheating) using my limited resources(money and school) and have already started to change many things. I am already one of the best distance runners in the state but i want to be more than that.
Leave all advice or links to articles below whether its from nutrition, form, strength/core training, sleep, milage and speed, motivation, etc.
I have a good coach when it comes to running itself but I would also like to understand it better
