    The US government decided to have a war on organized crime. The federal government and local government got very good at prosecuting organized crime. Nearly eliminating organized crime does not eliminate crime. Organized crime in US has been replaced by unorganized crime. Many other crimes are derivatives of illegal drug trade. Statistically, more US whites in illegal drug trade also work full-time jobs which makes whites often less likely to be suspects of illegal drug trade by law enforcement.

    Most murders are committed by whites. Almost all US Presidents have been white.
