Corrected. Drop is irrelevant. Having a cushioned shoe allows the runner to strike differently, e.g. heel, in a sustained manner, over a prolonged period of time is what "changes" your biomechanics. Pushing barefoot running crap is cool if it floats your boat but it certainly does not equate to pushing zero drop shoes.
