The app gives me options of 15%, 20%, and 25%. Which is correct?

I thought that this thread was going to be a joke. I am sorry to see that I was wrong.
That being said, I can only assume that the attendant's salary is as pitiful as the airline's service. For a beverage only, go with 15%.
Here's a tip: Don't play with matches.
I don't think they charge for coffee.
Nothing, that's literally their job and they are paid a full salary and benefits. Feel free to tip but don't feel obligated.

Yeah, I need to come back to this. OP - are we talking about actual 'normal' coffee here? Or by 'coffee' do you mean something beyond black coffee with optional cream & sugar packets?
I'd say they should get nothing, but I'd probably feel awkward and press the 15% button anyway.

Do you offer complimentary food and beverages in-flight? Last Modified on 12/18/2018 4:08 pm MST
We do offer food and beverages in-flight for purchase. These are not complimentary, as we would rather pass the cost-savings on to our customers by offering the lowest fares possible!
https://faq.flyfrontier.com/help/do-you-offer-complimentary-food-and-beverages-in-flightYes, Frontier charges for coffee (has since 2013 at least), but isn't it like half that much ($1.99 or $3)?
Maybe you got a double large?
Are they price-differentiating between one cup versus unlimited refills?
It is a 3-hr flight, I'd go with the latter.
Probably OP means the "Breakfast Bundle" that comes with a "snack" also.
https://thepointsguy.com/news/what-i-learned-from-first-frontier-flight/But, the pricing for Frontier’s drinks and food mean that the more that you buy, the cheaper the rates. Alcoholic drinks cost $7.99 each while sodas, bottled water, coffee and snacks are $2.99 each. But, you can bundle:
Breakfast on the fly (1 coffee, 1 snack): $4.99
Snack Attack (2 soft drinks, 2 snacks): $9.99
Make it a Double (2 adult beverages): $13.99
Happy Hour (2 adult beverages, 1 mixer or soft drink, 1 snack): $16.99
Buy 3 Get 1 Free (4 adult beverages): $23.97
Double Happy Hour (4 adult beverages, 2 mixers or soft drinks, 2 snacks): $29.99

Why are you going to Cleveland of all places?
You're in international airspace. You aren't legally required to tip. You should be happy.

Pics of the flight attendant?
Don't auto tip, and only give a cash tip if it's excellent service.
Fortunately I have been boycotting Frontier since they f*cked me over leaving DIA many years ago. POS airline showing its colors this BS.
