is the myth that you should eat close to a run to build up carbos and energy before the run . In opposite to this statement it becomes a more efficient run if you run on a little bit hungry stomach.
No its not a myth......scientific fact that when you eat after a run, your body absorbs nutrients faster and stores more. Eating right before a run is a completely different thing that has a different physiological affect.
