I ran a 4:41 as a sophomore my second race of the season. I can probably run a 10:05 2 mile and a 2:43 1000. The divisional qualifying time is 4:34. Is it a realistic goal to get down to this time by the qualifying deadline, which is in about 5 weeks? What training would I need to do to get there?
On a side note, given my current times, what times should I be shooting for in spring track for the 2 mile, mile and 800?
