My new years resolution is to be less passive when asking girls out. My friends are telling me I'm not assertive enough and need to express my wishes stronger when talking to girls. I usually ask them for coffee but I will need to go further next year. If I'm lied to I will ask them why they are lying to me and I will ask for feedback on what they think I'm doing wrong that they don't want to be with me. I have never heard critical feedback from girls. They always just stop talking to me and I can't get replies from my texts and they don't answer my calls.

I don't know if you're serious, but beyond introducing yourself, being aggressive won't help. Either they're attracted to you are they're not and being clever is unlikely to make any difference. Pressing them for a reason is rude and will only make them uncomfortable.

The one and only correct response is:

"What's your man got to do with me?"

I pray for the women who have the unfortunate experience of meeting you.

They usually do it because they see somebody like me standing nearby and they aren’t ready to settle until the end of the night.

You would be on to something if said woman was actually being hit on, but much of the time women say that when a guy merely approaches them. Dang, can I just TALK TO girls without them always assuming we're after their goodies??
