Hello, A Freshman D1 middle distance runner here with PR's of 4:21 and 16:30 out of High School. I have thought about giving the triathlon a shot, but have no idea how to start or train. Only ran 30-35 miles a week in High School, never seriously biked before, but used to swim competitively when I was younger. Is there any training plan that I can use or website that gives a lot of info on this? All replies appreciated.
