I have all the signs of Pes Anserinus Tendinitis to a T. Anyone delt with this before? Says it's caused by weak quads/glutes and hamstrings or severe pronation. I am just making a comeback to running, I don't have any pronation but my legs are weak.
How long did this keep you out of running for? I'm starting some stretching/strengthing therapy now. How long did you wait strengthening before going back to running?
