Did a 2x5km today with 5 min rest on a track.
17:20 - 3:32, :29, :27, :26, :26
17:21 - 3:29, :30, :28, :31, :23
Goal is to run a sub 35 road 10k. Workout seems legit to me. Any thoughts?

If this isn't a troll, then I'd think you will easily break 35 for 10k. It's a very strange workout to do for 10k training. My PR is only 39 flat, and at that time I really don't think I could have done 2x5k @ 19:30 without having that "race energy" or someone to chase.
No, not a troll just a little pissed that my race a few weeks ago yielded 35:46. Workout was important to me to boost confidence of my ability at race pace.
Did you taper when you ran 35:xx? I would say you can repeat that workout and run 34-mid. Just make sure to take some days easy before the race and you'll be fine.
