Hey! I am a 1600m runner as of now running 4.50 in the mile. I am in 7th grade. I am on 30 mpw and doing a long run every Sunday. My goal is to break 4.40 in the mile so I can set the state record. I just need to know what to do during the winter to be really good coming into the track season! Any advice would be good :)
