Hi Guys! I was just wondering if anybody on here sucks hard on a mint prior to a Hard Workout?
I am absolutely desperate to get my mile time down to sub 6:30 and today was struck by just how clean and airy my mouth felt after enjoying an extra strong mint. Do you think if I sucked real hard on one just before I went for a mile PR the enhanced freshness would increase my oxygen intake and help get me through that barrier?
