hello, I’m a passionate long distance runner. I do over 100kms a week. I have recently pulled my Achilles and I have swelling in my Achilles bursa and jaguars fat pad. Has any one had anything like this. I have been on off resting for 5 weeks now. I have only been doing on of running and building on that. I can only get to 20min on ( 1min on1min off) running then I start to feel a burn in the tendon. I am an emotional wreck as my running is my passion. I have tried sealing as much professional help as I can with not much insight. Has any one had this ? How long can expect till I can run for at least 10km non stop. Please help some one.
