I have used the Hal Higdon free programs for 10km and HM but now I feel I'm ready to make a bump up for 2019!
I'm deciding between the Free Garmin or JD ($70)?
The Garmin HM Advanced which looks challenging and I like that it uses HR Zones

The Jack Daniels plan I'm sure is great but I could not find any detailed examples online but I guess it's built to be individually customized according ones weekly mileage and ability?
