I've had a bit of trouble with a reoccurring left Quad/Thigh Pain that is often noticeable when Knee is Brought Towards chest or when sitting and pushing pressure on the left leg. It went away for some time but returns after any type of jumping or fast sprinting. It's been about two months now since I first felt it, we originally thought IT Band but now I'm not 100% sure, what do you think and what do you advise? It's not debilitating but certainly something that needs help.
