This is a hobbyjogger question for which you'll find better answers on hobbyjogger-oriented websites like reddit or runnersworld.
Hey man, despite the great insult, I will still give you a big ole kiss!

It's not an insult. It's a helpful suggestion on better places to get the hobbyjogger-oriented info you seek.
Idk about 2500-3000
Depending on body weight and what you do for living/everyday errands. In general: 2500-3000 calories.
Multiply your age by 117.4 and then add 111.3x every mile you run per day.

Base off of what? If true, I am under eating by over a thousand calories per day. But according to Cronometer, I am eating plenty of food.
Do you want to gain weight, lose weight, or stay the same?
If gain: eat a few more calories per day than you are eating presently.
If lose: eat a few less
If stay the same: keep it the same.

Stupid post is stupid
Mo Farah only eats about 2500 calories a day
I eat about 2500-3000 calories a day.
I stay right around 120-125#.
During the summer I need to make sure I eat more because I'm outside a lot doing strenuous work...
Lowest I've ever been was 98# two summers ago. People were getting nervous when they could see my chest bones... lol
Problem is, because heat affects my ability to eat more, I wind up eating less during the summer than during the winter.
