No speed work just easy miles, intending on doing the same this week. So far:
M: 15 am
Tu: 10 am, 5 lunch
W: 12 am, 4-6 (? planned) for lunch

Sa: ?
Su: ?
All runs so far have been somewhere between 7:40-8:00 avg, usually starting slower and ending quicker naturally. Playing each day by ear depending on how I feel, so far so good with no major pains. If things go well, I'll survive and take it down a few notches to 70-80 for the holiday break, and then come back into the new year full force trying to build into 90-100 and have a magical race at Boston according to the legend of 100mpw. Or get severely injured now and bust??
