It was inevitable. Now lets see how the NCAA handles it...
Craig (CeCe) Telfer is still listed as a Male on the NCAA eligibility center.

what?
I bett he'll enjoy dominating women.
Shows her winning pentathlon in TFRRS but not on website. Also don't see him or her on roster.
He is borderline good enough to win nationals.
Tuohy won't be winning nationals next year because my son/daughter will. He/she will be getting a full ride to Stanford when he /she runs 4:15 in the 1600 this junior year. Do I just tell the HS coach that he wants to enter the girls' races? I assume the first time that he does, he will be in Milesplit also as a girl. Real girls are done. Goodbye Title IX.
If the right half of me self identified as a chick and my left side was male I could date myself every day. People need to compete as they were born. I wish I was born smart fast and with money but I only got money so I can be a D1 dumbasss that never gets to compete.
What are the rules? Do you have to have surgery or be on drugs? Or can you jut choose to compete as a woman. I am hoping to see some guy compete in D1 women’s basketball. It really does seem inevitable that there will be only one Bb team and one track team.
Is this real?
Ncaa rules anyone wrote:

I believe one year of hormone treatment is the rule, no surgery required.
She HAS had the surgery and is on hormone therapy.
He will move to D1 and get a full ride. What are USATF and IAAF rules?

In their last year of eligibility.
21 years of testosterone-led athletic development can't be wiped out in one year, though
How can they limit her? He was a guy but she is a girl. They have 2 different TFRRS profiles so she is just getting started. all of these rules will be blurred.
You know there will be more coming out of high school. How will anyone monitor them if they have a sex change and hormones and have their birth certificate changed?

Perhaps this is an overly-simplistic idea... chromosomal testing. If you want to compete as another sex, prove that you are that sex.
Psychological issues are not grounds for clearance to compete with the opposite sex.
