I want to be great on my collegiate track team, but I am mediocre at best right now. Tell me how to structure my workouts to maximize my results so that I am set for next year Cross. I am willing to do everything I possibly can in addition to running with a lot of intensity, often. This includes: weight training, swimming, biking, completely changing my diet (already strict), sleep 10 hours a night, etc. The only thing I wouldn't consider (yet) are PEDs. I want to do a lot of stuff at threshold, hill work often, and up my mileage to whatever would give the best gains for a 1500 runner.
Help me out, guys. Thanks.
