His recruiting will be better than ever. This will make serious athletes more likely to pick Georgia - they don't want their teammates transferring out left and right - they don't want teammates that are going to bail on them when it gets hard. They want them to stick around and win championships.
One of his athletes just won the Bowerman, both his men's and women's teams have won national championships in the past year, and he's bringing in the best recruits in the nation. Even more, those talented recruits are developing extremely well and are doing big things at World Championships and the Olympics.
If anything, this will help his recruiting because it will scare away divas, drama queens, snowflakes, and quitters. The people he will be signing now are going to be better fits - they'll perform at a higher level and stick around longer. I bet Petros is even happy Tara is gone now, less headaches at practice.
