First, Georgia can't be conference champion with her because she's already left school.
Second, If Georgia has no chance to win Nationals, than as a matter of logic they would have no reason to care whether she helps Texas or any other school win at Nationals.
Enforcing a covenant to compete against a person for any reason other than that person's competing with your business directly harms your organization in attaining its goals is invalid. The covenant not to compete is designed too protect the school that gives the scholarship, not "the entire NCAA."
