You are certainly no Bill Belichick when it comes to trolling! You can't even get your spelling right. Try again.
Yeah I mean no one up until now ran cruise intervals, hills in place of track repeats in the base phase, tempo runs, and weekly long runs so he really flipped the script when it comes to training.
What's old is new again......subtle twists and manipulations of what coaches and scientists have been explaining forever.
But if it was so easy...….everyone else would be doing it.
As Socrates said "When the debate is lost, slander becomes the tool of the loser."
Are you implying that tinman is a cheater?

If that is what he is implying than Rosa is the Belickick of running coaches.

A great coach isn't necessarily an innovator. He/ she may just take what everyone else knows and apply/teach it better.
Sorry not questioning his ability to coach. He’s doing very well, obviously. And I am a fan. But his comment still irks me, when talking about how Drew Hunter wasn’t special and there were hundreds of him out there if they just trained the same way.

Seems pretty accurate. His dad placed pretty high at NCAA XC in the late 70's and had a 10k PR of 28:40. He went on to marry someone that ran at a high level as a master's. This is a genetic combination the isn't uncommon. So I'd say 100 is pretty accurate.
I think given the very low number of 28:40 guys out there, let alone the ones having babies in any one given year, that it is far from a common genetic pairing.
Both Camille Herron and tinman used to post here regularly, giving great insights on running and training. Both have had world-class level success this weekend but all of the sad, jealous trolls have to emerge from the swamp to sh#t all over their success. I used to dismiss criticisms of trolling here as the "cost of doing business". Now it is all too clear how much we are all missing thanks to the permanent cesspool of envious limpd#cks secreting their bile everywhere, 24/7. It has cost those of us who are genuine fans and students of the sport some very real benefit.
