Donn will continue with steeple for 2019 and 2020?
2:21
He might as well skip Honolulu since the race intentionally hid all of its race results last year. They have something to hide.
I don't know anything about that course but 2:16:30

2 big hills, 7 mi and 24. Can be windy. very early start, hot when sun comes up.
2:18:30
Based off his 20 kilometer season best, 2:19:30. My gut feeling 2:11-2:14 range.
What’s even more amazing is he’s taking a flight back to Hartford to make it back in time for his law school finals next week.
He's literally like the Ivy league Portuguese steeplechase version of Alan Webb.

he doesn't seem like the marathon build in my opinion... I guess over 2:20
I would guess not much better than 2:20, not because Donn Cabral isn’t good but because Hawaii weather (heat wind and humidity) never yields fast times.

He's literally reminds me of Deek. Who was around 140-150 ibs in his marathon prime. And that is like literally around Donn Cabral weight. Literally being a toothpick does not equal success in the marathon. Some people are literally faster with a bit of meat on there bones. Like literally the first person to literally run the first literal sub 2:09 marathon Derek Clayton and he was like literally 160 ibs.
You’re trying too hard banana
um, why is he flying all the way to Hawaii to run a marathon?

you literally just used the word "literally" 8 times in your post. it's time to broaded your vocabulary.
And I'm not saying one needs to be asbel kiprop skinny, I'm just saying I havent seen many quality elite marathoners being as thick as donn cabral, so I guess he runs over 2:20.

This silver medalist is about the same height and weight as Donn Cabral and has a 2:04:52 marathon PR. Not saying he will run that fast as this is a slow course. But I would not be surprised if he runs a 2:11.
https://www.gettyimages.com/detail/news-photo/feyisa-lilesa-of-ethiopia-competes-during-the-virgin-money-news-photo/671794648good point, forgot about that guy. still tho donn is not a 'thoner I don't think.
Results will tell tho.
The times are never fast in the Honolulu Marathon, so anything under 2:20 would be good, If he moves to the Marathon AFTER 2021, with full concentration on it, he could be a 2:07-2:09 Marathoner, 8 :13 in the Steeple indicates a MAJOR TALENT in running, meaning he could be National Class At everything from 1500 to Marathon if he focuses on it, of Course he is already HIGH National class in some events, and he is World Class at Steeple.
He has probably abandoned the steeple as it is now one of the hardest teams to make.
Evan - Oly medalist
Kebenei - #2 US all-time
Bor- #3 US all-time
Bayer - #4 in the trials
Don knows the gig is up. Might as well try 26.2
