W: off
T: sprint/fast workout + stepping in a ladder thingie
F:off
S: Little A's meet. For the 1500 ran a 5:27 without going flat out though my last lap was fast. In the 400 got 1:08 I did other events obviously but I only care about running distance.
S: off. I wanted to train but we went to visit relatives ( It was fun)
I have zone this weekend so getting ready.
Note this is last Monday- Sunday not this week ( because we can't predict what we will/won't do)
